Our agency provides home-delivered food and a safety check for homebound, older, and disabled adults.  On average, we provide 8,000 meals a week to clients throughout Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. Last year, we served approximately 400,000 meals to nearly 3,000 residents. By supporting SJCS Meals on Wheels you are helping to provide nutritious meals to a needy population. One out of every three of our clients is food insecure. As part of the delivery service, our drivers provide safety checks and social engagement to our clients. One out of every four of our participants tells us that our drivers are the only people they see all week.
